Deion Sanders and Karrueche Tran can't stop gushing about each other

Deion Sanders and Karrueche Tran are giving fans a closer look at their relationship, and the latest update has people paying attention. In a new vlog posted March 17, the couple openly shared what they admire most about each other while sitting together on a park bench in St. Croix, marking one of their most candid moments to date.

The video, which also features Sanders’ son Deion Jr., captures a relaxed conversation between the two as they reflect on their connection. Around the midway point, Sanders praised Tran for her character and the way she shows up for others. He described her as “sweet” and noted how she consistently looks out for her family. He also highlighted the way she supports him personally, adding, “You make certain I’m straight… You make sure I got what I need. I got what I want and I’m straight.”

Tran returned the sentiment, pointing to Sanders’ role as a father and his grounded personality. She said he is “always supporting” his children and emphasized how his lifestyle stands out to her. “You’re just down to earth,” she said, adding that he isn’t driven by material things. Instead, she noted his appreciation for a quieter life—spending time at home, near the water, and enjoying simple routines like fishing.

The exchange adds another layer to the public image of Sanders, the 58-year-old Pro Football Hall of Famer and current Colorado Buffaloes head coach, who has long balanced a high-profile career with a strong emphasis on family. Tran, 37, an actress and entrepreneur, has largely kept her personal life private despite past high-profile relationships.

Their relationship first became public in December 2025, though signs of their connection surfaced months earlier. A June vlog showed Tran visibly emotional while supporting Sanders ahead of a major surgery related to his bladder cancer diagnosis. She later remained by his side during additional procedures, including a four-hour operation to address blood clots.

Tran previously spoke about the challenges of that period, revealing that Sanders gave her the option to step away. “If I [had] dipped, I would’ve taken the easy way out,” she said in an earlier post. “It was hard… but we made it work.”
