The Buffalo Bills have had a fine start to NFL free agency, filling several needs, while also seeing some players walk out the door.
But the general feeling in the players Buffalo brought in, such as Bradley Chubb and DJ Moore, is better than those walking out. Of course, time will tell.
However, how much better have the Bills gotten under Joe Brady in the early portion of free agency? They were already a perennial playoff contender and had eyes for the Super Bowl, but has the needle moved that much?
For CBS Sports' Pete Prisco, in his latest power rankings, the Bills rise to No. 3, behind only the Los Angeles Rams (2) and Seattle Seahawks (1).
"The two big moves they made were getting receiver DJ Moore in a trade and signing pass rusher Bradley Chubb," Prisco wrote. "With Joe Brady taking over for Sean McDermott as coach, there is a lot of change going on."

Bills best team in AFC
Yes, Prisco has the Bills at No. 3, but with the Rams and Seahawks ahead of them, that tells us he has Buffalo as the best team in the AFC (either knowingly or unknowingly).
And that is rather interesting.
Are the Bills better than the Denver Broncos, New England Patriots, or Jacksonville Jaguars?
You can certainly make the case.
Time will tell if the moves Brandon Beane has made will be enough to get Buffalo over the playoff hump.
But the best team in the AFC? That is a conversation starter, my friends.
