Abadon is no longer part of AEW. They have now achieved a personal milestone in their life.
Abadon wrestled for AEW for a couple of years between 2020 and 2023. They captured everyone's attention due to their scary gimmick. During their time in the Jacksonville-based promotion, they even competed for the Women's World Title and the TBS Title. However, they remained unsuccessful in their championship pursuits. Outside of the ring, the former AEW star has done well to keep their private life close to their chest. Therefore, not much is known of this star outside of her professional career.
Recently, the former AEW star took to social media to announce that they and their husband are celebrating their wedding anniversary. They captioned the post as follows:
"Happy anniversary to my other half. Forever spooky season with you 🎃 I love you 🧡 💛"Did The Rock's "Final Boss" run hurt WWE? Watch Here!

Konnan opened up about Tony Khan not renewing Abadon's contract
Despite having a really scary and unique gimmick, Abadon was unable to win over the fans to their side. They had a few good matches in Tony Khan's company. However, they failed to get over with the fans. They wrestled their final AEW match at Worlds End 2023 when they challenged Julia Hart for the TBS Championship. Following this, they started competing in Ring of Honor until earlier this year. Since then, they were released from AEW.
Speaking on Keepin' It 100 Official podcast, Konnan said that the company pushed them hard in the beginning, but they failed to get over.
"Number one, the girl never really got over. They pushed her hard at the beginning, okay, and, bro, that's what happens there, and I say it all the time; some people say, 'Oh, I'm getting paid!' Yeah, but your stock is also going down," he said. [2:23-2:36]It remains to be seen what the future holds for the former AEW star outside the company.
