Gauff spoke about the support she receives from her parents and how it means the world to her. She also mentioned how her younger brothers add an element of fun to her life.
"The support I have from my parents is just amazing. For them to sacrifice so much and come on their own, and my brothers sacrificing time with their parents to be there for me in those big moments, and being so understanding. It means the world, and I truly can't do it without them. Tennis is a lonely sport at times. We spend weeks in different countries. Sometimes you wake up and don't know where you are. But, you know, every night we're playing a card game, and my dad kinda wins," Coco Gauff saidThe American has two younger brothers, Codey and Cameron Gauff. While Cameron is still young, Codey is an aspiring baseball player and has officially signed with Missouri to play college baseball.
"It's a game of luck, too. Every time I've won the card games, I feel like maybe I'll win my match tomorrow. So, yeah, just having that support, and my brothers are the reason why I do it. Cody always reminds me of having that cockiness a little bit. Cameron always reminds me to speak English, one of the things I do. I truly learn a lot from everyone around me," she addedCoco Gauff to begin United Cup 2026 against Solana Sierra of Argentina
