CM Punk was out in the opening segment of WWE RAW, boldly going up against the four-man group, The Vision, and while he didn't get a beatdown, he cut a chilling promo with some interesting implications.
This week on WWE RAW, the renewed, four-man version of The Vision came out, with Austin Theory joining Bron Breakker, Logan Paul, Bronson Reed, and The Oracle, Paul Heyman. Ahead of Breakker's big World Heavyweight Title match, Heyman confirmed that Theory is now, in fact, a member of The Vision, and the group appears to be stronger than ever. Bron Breakker cut a promo stating that he was sick of being told he was the future, and he was sick of being told that he would headline WrestleMania "someday", insisting that he is the present and the now. CM Punk came out, aware that if anybody laid a finger on him, there would be no World Heavyweight Title match for Bron Breakker next week on the RAW on Netflix's first anniversary episode.
CM Punk told Breakker that he has been ready for this position his whole life, owing to his Steiner lineage. Punk even admitted that while he knows his time will come, and that someone will dethrone him, it won't be Bron Breakker.
CM Punk would silence Breakker to stand tall ahead of their big clash next week on the anniversary special episode, and it's certainly going to be interesting to see how things eventually play out. If Bron Breakker wins, then he will confirm that the future is now and that his days of headlining WrestleMania are sooner than one might realize.
Either way, with Austin Theory now joining The Vision and getting a second major chance in his career, he could also be a dark horse to be one of the breakout stars of the group. While everybody anticipated that Bron Breakker would benefit from being a part of The Vision, few would have expected Bronson Reed to reach such heights, as he is now a significantly bigger star than he was even a year ago.
