Dozens of popular websites and apps, including UberEats, Bet365, CounterStrike and Steam went down Friday after a Cloudflare outage sparked widespread tech chaos.

UberEats saw more than 4,000 complaints Friday afternoon, Downdetector reported.

An IT service management company, Cloudflare provides web security, speed and routing services for millions of websites, affecting each one that relies on it.

“Uber Eats is down for me, I can’t cancel my order. It’s taken forever and I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone at customer support,” one user complained.

Bet365, a sports betting app that is legal in 16 US states, saw more than 5,000 complaints Friday.

“Hurry up and fix this c–p so I can get back to losing money,” one user joked.

The IT giant, headquartered in San Francisco, confirmed the outage in a statement Friday.

“Cloudflare has identified impact to a subset of BYOIP prefixes. Cloudflare has identified and mitigated the underlying issue and is working to restore availability to impacted advertisements,” the statement read.

“Cloudflare is continuing to work on restoring service for impacted customers to what it was before the outage. Customers can self-mitigate by readvertising their prefixes in the dashboard.”
