Chelsea Green missed WWE SmackDown tonight - here's why

Chelsea Green missed WWE SmackDown tonight. She has revealed the reason behind her absence.

Chelsea Green is one of the most entertaining acts on the WWE roster. She has become a fan favorite due to her antics onscreen. Green has made the most of her opportunities on television and is finally getting rewarded for it. Green recently won the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Titles along with Ethan Page and then went on to win the Women's United States Championship a few days later, becoming a double champion.

Last week on WWE SmackDown, Green was in Alba Fyre's corner during the latter's match against Jade Cargill. Giulia attacked the Women's United States Champion during the match. Therefore, Green was missing from the blue brand this week. During the show, Green took to social media to explain the reason behind her absence. She noted that she is doing everything she can to avoid Giulia and Kiana James.

Nia Jax praised Chelsea Green recently

Chelsea Green's work schedule has been hectic in recent weeks. She has been a regular feature on SmackDown and has also made an appearance on NXT. Apart from this, she has also competed for AAA. Her work ethic was recently praised.

During an interview with Chris Van Vliet, Chelsea said that she loves Nia Jax. The Irresistible Force reacted to the clip and called Green the locker room workhorse.

“🥹🩷 I love Chelsea! Our locker room WORKHORSE!! Doing all the media and working every single show: NXT, RAW, SD, AAA! She deserves all the props 🙌🏽” she wrote.

It's good to see Chelsea get the recognition for the work she is putting in every week.
