Chelsea Green gives herself a new name after finally winning huge championship

Chelsea Green finally won a new championship. Following this, she has given herself a new name.

Chelsea Green has been one of the most entertaining acts on the WWE roster. She also made history last year by becoming the first-ever Women's United States Champion. In recent weeks, she has also made appearances on NXT, where she formed an alliance with Ethan Page. Together, Chelsea and Ethan have proven themselves to be an entertaining and formidable duo.

At AAA Alianzas, Chelsea teamed with Ethan Page to challenge La Hiedra and Mr. Iguana for the World Mixed Tag Team Titles. The Canadian stars were at their best as they were able to pick up the win. Following this, Chelsea took to social media to give herself a new name.

WWE issues statement after Chelsea Green and Ethan Page become new AAA Mixed World Tag Team Champions

Chelsea Green and Ethan Page have remained a team in NXT for the past couple of months. As a duo, they have been undefeated in televised matches. However, they have not teamed up on the main roster or outside the company. Therefore, this was their first outing as a team in AAA. Chelsea and Ethan had no problem defeating Mr. Iguana and La Hiedra, thereby ending their title reign, which began in December 2024.

Following their monumental win at AAA Alienzas, WWE took to social media to issue a statement about the newly crowned champions.

"🚨 NEW AAA MIXED TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS! @ImChelseaGreen & @OfficialEGO just became @luchalibreaaa Mixed Tag Team Champions and as you can see, they’re being very humble about it… 👀

It remains to be seen if Chelsea and Ethan will defend the titles on WWE TV as well, and who will be their first challengers.
