Jack Eichel has found another way to blend his on-ice identity with off-ice style — and this time, it involves pizza boxes, hoodies, and a distinctly New York flavor landing in Las Vegas.

Fresh off the launch of the “Jack-Pocket,” a pizza pocket created in partnership with Prince St. Pizza, the Vegas Golden Knights star is expanding the collaboration with a limited-edition merchandise drop alongside cult hockey brand Violent Gentlemen. The release merges hockey’s rough-and-tumble aesthetic with classic slice-shop visuals, resulting in collectible apparel designed for fans of both the sport and the food.

The Jack-Pocket is Prince St. Pizza’s take on a handheld pizza stuffed with sauce, shredded mozzarella, and the brand’s signature spicy pepperoni. The item officially launched Monday, December 15, and is available year-round at Prince St. Pizza’s two Las Vegas locations — Serene Avenue and Durango Drive — as well as through online delivery.

To mark the occasion, Eichel appeared in person at the Serene location on December 18 for a two-hour fan meet-and-greet. Fans had the opportunity to meet the Stanley Cup champion, take photos, sample the new menu item, and shop the collaboration’s merchandise in-store before it became available online.

The apparel itself leans heavily into hockey nostalgia and pizza-shop iconography. The drop includes a co-branded T-shirt priced at $40 and a hoodie retailing for $75, along with a custom hockey-card-style pizza box created specifically for the partnership. The designs pull from New York pizza culture while nodding to the edge and attitude that have made Violent Gentlemen a recognizable name in hockey circles.

Prince St. Pizza, which was founded in 2012 in New York City’s Nolita neighborhood, has built a loyal following for its Sicilian-style square pies and pepperoni-heavy slices. The brand has since expanded well beyond Manhattan, with locations across the U.S., Canada, and California, while maintaining its roots in family recipes and daily-made sauces.
