Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner will square off in the Nitto ATP Finals on Sunday (November 16). The winner of this match will take home a whopping $5,071,000 in prize money this year.
Alcaraz and Sinner were drawn into different groups at the ATP Finals. They have remained undefeated in Turin so far.
Alcaraz topped the Jimmy Connors group after hard-fought wins over Alex de Minaur, Taylor Fritz, and Lorenzo Musetti. Sinner, meanwhile, dominated Bjorn Borg’s bracket, defeating Felix Auger-Aliassime, Alexander Zverev, and Ben Shelton.
The Spaniard continued his clinical form in the semifinals and defeated Auger-Aliassime in straight sets. Sinner kept his cool against de Minaur and edged past the Australian, 7–5, 6–2.
Alcaraz and Sinner will face each other for the sixth time this year on Sunday. The Italian has only managed to beat his archrival once this season, in the Wimbledon Championships final.
