Caitlin Clark, Olympics star Eileen Gu find spotlight together at Milan Fashion Week

Caitlin Clark and Eileen Gu are two of the most well-known female athletes in the world.

They found themselves side by side at Milan Fashion Week on Thursday.

Social media posts circulated all over the place showing Clark and Gu together, including at Prada.

It'd be tough to find two more impressive athletes.

Clark is a women's basketball superstar who plays for the WNBA's Indiana Fever after starring in college at the University of Iowa.

Gu is a skiing sensation who has won a medal in all six Olympic events she has competed in. She's also a student at Stanford University, and she has additional headlines around her because she chooses to represent China in athletic competition and not the United States.

They both have major followings and huge fanbases that extend beyond the regular realm of sporting fans.

It certainly makes sense that brands would want them at Fashion Week, and it also makes sense that they'd want to be there.

It's cool that they found each other there, too.
