Calendar year 2026 really couldn't have started better for Caitlin Clark.
First, she made her return to the court after an eight-month absence by debuting for Team USA at the FIBA Women's World Cup Qualifying Tournament in Puerto Rico, where she was named MVP. After that, the WNBA and the Women's National Basketball Players Association reached agreement on a new CBA, locking in a huge pay raise for Clark this year.
Then, she filled in as the Indiana Pacers' team photographer on Wednesday, where she proudly snapped photos of one of her basketball heroes.

— Caitlin Clark (@CaitlinClark22) March 26, 2026Clark on Thursday took to X to share photographs she snapped of LeBron James, who flirted with a triple-double (23 points, nine rebounds, nine assists) as the Los Angeles Lakers took down the Pacers, 137-130, at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
Clark shared four photos of James -- three of them in which he is at rest, one where he is sprinting down the floor. Two are colorized, and two were edited into black and white.
The next call Clark receives may well be from Getty Images after her sterling photography debut.
