The Tampa Bay Buccaneers faced a bummer for a moment on Saturday night when running back Rachaad White left their preseason opener with a groin injury.
But the good news for the Bucs: They've got a lot of good RBs.
Everyone knows Bucky Irving, who is expected to carry the load this season. Behind him and White, though, is Sean Tucker.
And head coach Todd Bowles wants Tucker to get more time.
“I keep telling the guys on offense, we’ve got to give him the ball more,” Bowles told reporters Saturday night.

What does Bowles like about Tucker?
“Sean brings us another explosive runner," Bowles said. "He’s a game breaker for us, really. He’s got very good contact balance, he can break a lot of tackles, he can naturally find holes. He’s very fast but he looks so smooth doing it that you really can’t tell until he gets into the open field.”
Tucker was a collegiate star at Syracuse, one of the best running backs in the country by the time he finished up with the Orange.

Last season, he got a bit of time, taking 50 carries for 308 yards.
On Saturday night, Tucker had 13 totes for 50 yards and a touchdown along with a catch for no yards.
His best play saw him get around the right end and evade a couple tacklers with power before getting just short of the goal line.
Tucker certainly looks like an NFL-level runner every time he has the ball in his hands. Bowles might be right. The Bucs should make sure he's involved this season.
