New York Jets return specialist Isaiah Williams had an excellent start in his team's Week 10 game against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. With 5:45 left in the first quarter, Williams returned a punt for 78 yards for a touchdown to give the Jets a 14-7 lead at MetLife Stadium.
Notably, Williams' score was the second special teams TD of the first quarter against the Browns after they had a 99-yard kickoff return score earlier in the game. Fans on social media slammed the Browns for allowing two return TDs in one quarter.

While Cleveland's defense looked shaky in the first quarter against the Jets, many have been urging the team to start rookie Shedeur Sanders at quarterback instead of Dillon Gabriel.
Meanwhile, the Jets entered the game against Cleveland with just one win this season, which came in Week 8 against the Cincinnati Bengals. New York had a BYE in Week 9.

Williams went undrafted in 2024 but was signed by the Detroit Lions as an undrafted free agent. He was released in November last year, but claimed off waivers by the Cincinnati Bengals.
In September, Williams signed with the Jets. He was released on Oct. 4, but re-signed to the practice squad before making it to the active roster.
