The Denver Broncos are coming off a very frustrating end to the 2025 season. Bo Nix got hurt, breaking his ankle, and was forced to miss the AFC Championship.
After a heartbreaking close loss to the New England Patriots, the Broncos had to watch the AFC East team get blown out in the Super Bowl. If Nix were healthy, they would've put up a better fight.
But it's now time for the offseason, and PFF.com's Bradley Locker identified three major questions the Broncos need to answer this offseason, all of which are on offense, but none at the quarterback position.
Broncos face 3 non-QB questions this offseason
The three questions the Broncos face have to do with their running back, tight end, and wide receiver rooms this offseason.
"Sean Payton has at least two solid returning players in receiver Courtland Sutton and second-year running back RJ Harvey," Locker writes, "but the Broncos could use another running back, receiver, and tight end."
All three of these positions are needed for the Broncos this offseason, with the tight end room being the most obvious and glaring need.
Evan Engram is a free agent, and the hopeful Joker for Sean Payton did not work out at all. The Broncos need a new tight end, and badly.
At running back, the Broncos' need is very clear. Harvey is a solid player, but other than him, with J.K. Dobbins hitting free agency, the Broncos need to figure out the position.

They could bring back Dobbins to keep things simple, but they could also explore free agents such as Kenneth Walker III, Breece Hall, or Rico Dowdle.
Lastly, the wide receiver room. Courtland Sutton, Troy Franklin, Pat Bryant, and Marvim Mims make up a great group. But the Broncos could use another top-tier wide receiver in this room.
Going out and adding someone like George Pickens would make a huge difference for the Broncos. A trade for AJ Brown would also be a great way to bolster the offense this offseason.
Nix has shown he's a solid starter and can get the Broncos to the Super Bowl. But the offense needs more help outside of him, and their current crop of weapons.
The Broncos need to address not just the vacant tight end room and the depleted running back room, but also the wide receiver room, which disappointed this past season.
