Britney Spears was spotted out and about in Los Angeles while holding a champagne flute after raising concerns over her recent erratic behavior.
The “Toxic” singer was seen holding the beverage after exiting Stonehaus wine bar in Westlake Village, Calif., Tuesday, according to photos obtained by Page Six.
Spears’ team insisted to the Daily Mail that the pop star was not drinking any alcohol during the rare outing.
Spears’ rep didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment, and the restaurant could not be reached. However, the singer blasted the photos in an Instagram video shared on Thursday.
She called the paparazzi “incredibly mean,” saying they always take “the worst photos” of her, and she “can’t go anywhere” without being harassed. “It’s so offensive,” she added.
The images of the “Crossroads” actress showed her leaving the establishment and heading to her car while accompanied by one of the wine bar’s staffers.
Spears, 34, attempted to stay under the radar by wearing sunglasses and a white lace scarf over her head.
She completed the look with a brown plaid blazer layered over a cropped lace shirt and low-rise blue jeans. Spears also accessorized with brown heels and a taupe handbag.
As for her glam, Spears wore bright red lipstick and styled her hair in messy waves around her face.
The “Gimme More” singer’s wine bar jaunt comes amid rising concerns for Spears’ well-being.
Last month, Spears made headlines when she was spotted driving erratically after a night out with friends. She was seen swerving into other lanes after leaving the Red-O restaurant in Thousand Oaks, Calif.
A source told the Daily Mail at the time that her ex-husband Kevin Federline’s new bombshell memoir, “You Thought You Knew,” had put Spears “in a tailspin.”
“She’s spiraling. It’s reopening old wounds,” the source claimed.
Spears defended herself in a bizarre social media post, claiming, “If anyone is wondering the lookalike was not me…🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤓.”
A source told the outlet that Spears’ loved ones are very concerned over her “terrifying” behavior.
“There’s a lot of talk about what to do, if anything. How can we protect her from herself,” the source said.

Federline’s tell-all — which accused her of cheating on him and doing cocaine while breastfeeding their sons — was released on Oct. 21. The exes, who were married from 2004 to 2007, share sons Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden James, 19.
Spears denied Federline’s claims and called out his words for being “extremely hurtful” and “exhausting.” She also accused him of “constant gaslighting.”
“Those white lies in that book, they are going straight to the bank and I am the only one who genuinely gets hurt here,” she wrote on X.
Federline claimed in an interview last week that he just wants the best for the mother of his children and that his kids are trying to repair their relationship with Spears.
“They absolutely love their mom, right? I mean, they always, always have, always will,” he said. “It’s instilled in them. And I’ve always wanted for them to have a connection with their mom, the way I have with my mom.”
Federline gained custody over their two children following Spears’ mid-2000s meltdown, which then led to her being put under a restrictive conservatorship. The legal arrangement ended after 13 years in 2021.
