Brad Keselowski has shared an update on his 'road to recovery' from a broken leg. The RFK Racing driver uploaded a full-size image of himself while leaving the hospital premises.

Last week, Keselowski suffered a serious injury while on a ski trip with his family. It was later found out that he had a broken leg, and his team officially released a statement on the matter.

The 41-year-old also shared that he had to undergo surgery and is expected to be fit for the Daytona 500. In case he doesn't make the season-opening race, three potential stand-ins could take his place, namely, Corey Heim, David Ragan, and Tim Brown.

That said, Keselowski's latest health update read:

"Rolling out of the hospital and officially on the road to recovery. Grateful for incredible care and a smooth ride home in my @Ford Expedition. Ready to be home for the holidays!"

Mark Martin responded to Brad Keselowski's leg injury and wished him a speedy recovery for the Daytona 500. Keselowski finished the 2025 season with a runner-up placing at Phoenix Raceway. He'll look to continue his momentum heading into the upcoming season, seeing how he experienced a torrid start to the 2025 campaign, finishing outside the top-10 in 12 consecutive races.

His fifth-place result at Charlotte Motor Speedway snapped the streak and signalled his gradual return to form. Top-10 results were a common occurence in the second-half of the season. At his best, he finished on the podium places on four occasions, bringing his final standing to 20th.

By season's end, Keselowski had racked up 13 top-10s and recorded an average finish of 18.5. Moreover, he led 222 laps across 36 starts.

Kenny Wallace weighs in on Brad Keselowski's injury

Kenny Wallace shared his thoughts on Brad Keselowski's injury in a recent episode of Coffee with Kenny. The veteran driver noted how the No.6 driver enjoys the support of his family on his path to recovery.

"There’s a wonderful picture out there of Brad Keselowski in the hospital, laid up in the bed. I mean, major surgery, you know, it’s a big deal. Brad Keselowski, I mean, flat broke his bone in half. God, it hurts just saying it. Brad Keselowski’s kids and wife are there. They’re just smiling. And now I get it. Because Brad still has his life. You know, there’s an old saying, sticks and stones will break my bones, but words will never hurt me," Wallace said.

Keselowski is married to Paige White, and they have a close-knit family of four children. The latest addition, Sterling Robert, was born earlier this year in August. Notably, he was gifted a Ford Tremor by the OEM for his growing family.
