Jey Uso had a huge year that included a Royal Rumble win and becoming a World Heavyweight Champion. RAW general manager Adam Pearce made a huge announcement regarding The Yeet Master's future ahead of the final episode of the red show on December 29.
After going through a lot of success in the early parts of 2025, "Main Event" Jey failed to recapture the magic in the past few months. He's back to teaming up with Jimmy Uso, though The Usos are gearing up for a huge 2026.
In a post on his social media accounts, Pearce announced a couple of title matches for the last RAW of the Year. The Usos are set to challenge AJ Styles and Dragon Lee for the World Tag Team Championship.
Jimmy and Jey Uso last held gold together on April 1, 2013, at WrestleMania 39. They were the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions, losing their titles to Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn in the main event of Night 1.
In addition to Jimmy and Jey Uso vs. AJ Styles and Dragon Lee, Adam Pearce also announced a triple threat match for the Women's World Championship featuring Stephanie Vaquer, Nikki Bella and Raquel Rodriguez.
Austin Theory will face Rey Mysterio in singles action, while The Vision is set to open the show. The December 29 episode of RAW will be held at the Kia Center in Orlando, Florida.
Jey Uso beats Bron Breakker in 2 matches in a row
After taking a long break for the Christmas season, WWE was back on the road on December 26 for the start of their Live Holiday Tour. Jey Uso faced Bron Breakker in a one-on-one match on the first day in Baltimore, Maryland. Jey won after Breakker was disqualified after just six minutes of action, as per Cagematch.
On December 27 in Tampa, Florida, "Main Event" Jey and Breakker went at it once again, but it was the same result. Jey defeated the No. 1 contender for the World Heavyweight Championship for the second night in a row.
However, it should be noted that live events don't have an effect on storylines on WWE television.
