Josh Allen is coming off the most efficient season of his career, totaling over 40 touchdowns for the fifth straight season and only throwing six interceptions. Allen's strong season resulted in him winning his first MVP award, which was well-earned.
Unfortunately for Allen, there are still somehow doubters in the world. Cody Benjamin of CBS Sports released his latest quarterback rankings and listed Allen as No. 5.
"The reigning MVP is coming off his most efficient season while operating with a new-look receiving group," Benjamin writes. "Like Lamar Jackson, another AFC superhero, he's just yet to escape the Chiefs' shadow."
Benjamin very questionably listed Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels as the best quarterback in the NFL, putting Allen behind the soon-to-be second year player, which is absurd to say the least.
