Twelve teams from the Big Ten will head to Purdue University to partake in the 2025 Big Ten softball tournaments. With a small collection of teams ranked in the D1Softball poll, the 2025 tournament is setting up to be an exciting watch.
In its first year in the conference, Oregon claimed the top seed in this year's tournament. The Ducks finished the regular season with a 47-6 overall record and a 19-4 record in the conference. Oregon has won seven out of its eight games, making the Ducks one of the hottest teams in college softball.
Also in its first year with the conference, UCLA (47-9) enters the tournament as the No. 2 seed with a 17-5 conference record. Nebraska, Ohio State and Northwestern round out the top five seeds.
