Arnold Schwarzenegger has still got it.

The bodybuilding champion shared a video of himself working out following the celebration of his 79th birthday this week.

He captioned the video of himself working out, "This is 79."

On Thursday, Schwarzenegger's actual birthday, he shared two photos of himself working out his arms as he promoted his fitness app, Pump Club.

“I turn 79 today. I don’t want any gifts,” he wrote in part. “Instead, my team and I are turning the fitness industry upside down.”

In both posts, Schwarzenegger wore a plain black t-shirt and a silver watch as he showed off his built arms. In the photos, he also had on some sunglasses for the outdoor workout and ditched them in the video as he hit the gym instead.

Schwarzenegger's physique is no accident. Years before he ever hit a movie set or was California's governor, he built notoriety as a bodybuilder.  At 19, he made history by earning his first NABBA Mr. Universe title and became the youngest person to do so. He won six consecutive professional Mr. Olympia titles from 1970 to 1975, and in 1980 he earned his seventh Mr. Olympia title. Schwarzenegger would later retire from competitive bodybuilding that year.

While Schwarzenegger has retired from bodybuilding for decades, the former governor has also paused acting. He's known for his iconic film franchise "Terminator," and the actor's last role was in the 2019 sequel "Terminator: Dark Fate," where he reprised his role as T-800.

His children, however, have been following in his footsteps. Patrick Schwarzenegger had a role in "White Lotus" and "Gen V." Schwarzenegger's son, Joseph Baena, also caught the acting bug and has appeared in several independent films and also took after his father and is a bodybuilder.

Schwarzenegger has five children: Katherine, Christina, Patrick, and Christopher with his ex-wife Maria Shriver, and Joseph Baena with Mildred Patricia Baena.
