American blogger and columnist Perez Hilton recently shared his reaction after singer-songwriter Katy Perry made her romance public with the former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. According to TMZ, the pair went out on a date in Paris, France, to celebrate the 41st birthday of the Teenage Dream hitmaker on Saturday, October 25, 2025.

After TMZ reported that Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau marked their first official outing while attending a cabaret show at the Crazy Horse Paris, Perez Hilton shared his reaction. On October 26, 2025, the media personality took to his blog and wrote:

“Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau aren’t hiding their love any longer!... They looked SO adorable!”

Meanwhile, in photos and videos obtained by TMZ, the pair was captured walking out of the theater hand-in-hand. While the 41-year-old pop star stunned in a sultry red dress with her hair tied back in a sleek bun, the 53-year-old politician chose an all black suit for the outing.

Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau were reportedly greeted by fans who were waiting outside to catch a glimpse of the couple together. The songstress was also presented with red roses and happy birthday wishes as the two walked to a waiting vehicle outside the venue.

Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau’s relationship explored

According to People, Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau first sparked romance rumors over the summer this year. They were spotted on a date in Montreal, Canada. Meanwhile, the pair was then photographed together in September, on a yacht off the coast of Santa Barbara.

The images of the two embracing each other on the singer’s yacht reportedly went viral. They were captured hugging and sharing a passionate kiss. A source close to People revealed that the politician had been “pursuing” the Roar singer since their time in Montreal.

“He even flew to California to see her during a tour break… They have an easy connection. She finds him attractive. He’s been very respectful,” the insider claimed.

Justin Trudeau was also spotted at Katy’s sold-out Lifetimes Tour stop at the Bell Centre in Montreal. Before the pair publicly confirmed their relationship, an insider close to US Weekly also reported on Perry’s blooming romance with the former Canadian Prime Minister, saying:

“Katy is really into it. She’s very happy… She’s trying to keep it low-key, and they’ve spent a lot of private time together. She’s not looking to publicize this relationship…Their friends think they are a good match, but he actually hasn’t met a lot of her friends yet.”

Meanwhile, Perry is currently on The Lifetimes Tour. She is touring the world to support her latest and seventh studio album, 143, which was released on September 20, 2024, through Capitol Records.
