Gibbs and the Lions (8-7) have lost each of their past two games, which has hampered their chances of making the playoffs. According to the NFL's Next Gen Stats, Detroit has a 7% chance of qualifying for the postseason heading into Week 17.

The Lions are likely going to be eliminated from playoff contention if they lose to the Vikings (7-8), who have won three games in a row.

The Lions-Vikings game will kick off at 4:30 p.m. ET from U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
