Elsa Jacquemot and Anhelina Kalinina will lock horns in the summit clash of the 2025 Limoges WTA125k final.

Jacquemot, the second seed at this year’s tournament, started out with two easy wins but was made to work hard in the last rounds by Anna Siskova and Anna Lena Friedsam. She, however, was showed great fighting ability to come through in three sets on both occasions.

The Frenchwoman is in the middle of a career-best season, having reached the third round at Roland Garros, made a WTA125k final in Contrexeville and peaking a new high ranking of No. 58.

Kalinina, meanwhile, has begun to rediscover the sort of form that saw her break into the top-25 of the world rankings. Injuries and a loss of form had derailed her progress and following a subpar 2025 season, she stood at cusp of exiting the top-100 coming into this tournament.

The Ukrainian, however, has shown some great tennis to take out seeded opponents like Cristina Bucsa, Alycia Parks and Sonay Kartal. She now finds herself in a second WTA125k final and just one win away from a second title at this level.

Both Elsa Jacquemot and Anhelina Kalinina arrived at Limoges in different form but have managed to play their best tennis on the indoor courts here. They now have a good opportunity to end the year on a high.

When playing at her best, Kalinina can push her opponents onto the backfoot as she genertaes good pace off the ground (especially on the backhand side). Her flat hitting and decent serve have bolster her all week.

Jacquemot, for her part, uses her incredible footspeed and defensive prowess to wear opponents down. While she has been largely successful in that regard but faces a bigger ball-striker in the form of Kalinina.
