Buffalo Bills general manager Brandon Beane can't miss out on addressing one glaring roster issue that he has played a role in over the past few seasons.
Josh Allen has worked wonders with the talent around him with Khalil Shakir, Dalton Kincaid, Curtis Samuel, Keon Coleman, and Joshua Palmer.
But none are true difference-makers in the pass game, and you could argue that Allen's best weapon is a running back in James Cook.
After the heat Beane has taken since the firing of Sean McDermott, this offseason is when he can have a shot at redemption.
And for ESPN's Alaina Getzenberg, the Bills can't afford to strike out again.
"Add major talent at wide receiver," Getzenberg wrote. "It's glaring and obvious, as quarterback Josh Allen still needs more reliable and talented players to throw the ball to. Offseason acquisitions should come through both free agency and the draft."

Pressure on Joe Brady in Year 1
The thing that is unique about Brady's hire is that, for a first-time head coach, he isn't going to get a grace period. With Allen in his prime and the Bills a perennial playoff team, Joe was hired to make Buffalo take the next step.
And that's winning a Super Bowl.
So, there can't be any mistakes in Year 1, which is huge pressure on the shoulders of a first-time head coach, but this team is too talented, especially with Allen, not to be in the Super Bowl conversation.
Get Josh a top weapon, allow Brady to scheme him into the offense, and go get that Super Bowl.
And it's on Beane to make it happen.
