Bloodline Ascendancies in Path of Exile Keepers of the Flame update are a new way to improve your characters. They provide unique passives that can further expand early and endgame buildcrafting. You can activate them alongside a regular Ascendancy, but each one comes at a cost.

Bloodlines share the same Ascendancy points, meaning you’ll need to sacrifice a few nodes in the main one to get the power of the bosses. Patch 3.27 is adding 10 Bloodlines for you to discover throughout the campaign and the endgame. Here’s everything you need to know about them.
