Alex Rodriguez’s 45-year-old girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro flaunts a luxe black look with heels in stylish mirror selfie

Alex Rodriguez’s girlfriend, Jaclyn Cordeiro, showcased her confident fashion look this Thursday. On her Instagram story, she wore a wine-colored mini dress layered with a deep V-neck black blazer. She paired it with pointed high heels and a small black bag as she took a mirror selfie.

In addition to her glam look, fitness trainer Cordeiro also posted a clip on her Instagram. The clip features the Smith Machine Straddle Deadlift, which will light up the glutes.

Cordeiro dropped a tutorial video showing that holding the bar keeps the body in correct form, and she elevated her heels with the help of a weight plate.

She also added a “5AM CLUB” sticker with the hashtag “Jacfitcommunity.”

Post COVID, Cordeiro shifted to health and wellness and founded the JACFIT six-week plan. Cordeiro helped A-Rod lose 30 pounds with her organic and scientific point of view.

On The Jennifer Hudson Show, Rodriguez adores Cordeiro's consistency: “Just being consistent, which is what I’ve learned from her, has been very helpful.”

Two days ago, Yankees legend Alex Rodriguez posted a carousel of Natasha on her 21st birthday. The snapshot features the father and daughter bond; Rodriguez dressed in a tailored suit while Natasha wore a designer brown leather off-shoulder dress.

A-Rod captioned, “Happy Birthday Tashi ❤️ so grateful to be your Dad and to watch you grow up, proud of you in every way.”

Cordeiro also wished her,

Jaclyn Cordeiro was also spotted at the ALEX vs. AROD premiere in New York with Alex Rodriguez, his daughter, and his ex-wife Cynthia. Cordeiro is also a single mother of two daughters, Bella and Savana, with her ex-partner, Laureano.

In an interview with Oxygen, Cordeiro once said,

“I include them because I want them to see the hard work and dedication it takes to achieve goals,” she continued, “Exposing my daughters to the entire process allows them to understand and respect what I do as a lifestyle.”

A source told People, one common ground between Alex Rodriguez and Jaclyn Cordeiro's relationship is parenting. Cordeiro is a mother of two daughters.
