Accused NYC subway shover unleashes unhinged rant while waiting to face judge: ‘The cuffs are on, I’ll break them!’

The violent parolee accused of shoving an elderly woman onto the subway tracks in Midtown went on an unhinged, potty-mouthed diatribe while waiting to face a judge on Tuesday evening.

“Don’t touch me,” Zaki Smith, 36, barked at a court officer at Manhattan Criminal Court before he was scheduled to be arraigned on an attempted murder charge.

“Get shot at, bro. I don’t give a f–k what you’ll do, I’ll run my mouth. The cuffs are on, I’ll break them, I’ll do it right here. You’re not about to shoot me with the ‘f—ing gun,” he continued.

“I ain’t doing nothing!”

Smith’s outburst delayed his appearance as court officers were forced to remove him from the courtroom.

He’ll come back out “if he can calm down,” a court officer said.

Smith was arrested during the Monday evening rush and charged  in connection to the 11:30 a.m. Saturday attack at the 57th Street and Seventh Avenue station that left the 70-year-old victim with a head wound, police said.

Smith, who has 14 previous arrests, was additionally charged with felony and misdemeanor assault in the senseless shove, authorities said.
