6-time WWE Champion is finished with wrestling and will never have another match, says Jonathan Coachman

Former broadcaster Jonathan Coachman doesn't think a 6-time WWE Champion will get back inside the squared circle anytime soon.

Stone Cold Steve Austin's stance on his wrestling future has now been revealed.

The Texas Rattlesnake hasn't had a match since his unforgettable impromptu bout against Kevin Owens in the main event of WrestleMania 38 on Night One. This marked his first match back in 19 years.

He defeated The Prizefighter in a No Holds Barred Match that night, and hasn't been seen inside a ring ever since. Although he did make a one-off appearance at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas, it was merely a trainwreck.

He slammed his ATV into a barricade, knocking off a fan at ringside in the process.

Despite being away from the ring for nearly four years, Steve Austin is getting the itch to wrestle again.

According to Fightful Select, the WWE Hall of Famer has told people close to him during WrestleMania weekend that he is open to getting back in the ring.

Speaking on The Coach and Bro, Jonathan Coachman shut down the idea, saying the 61-year-old Attitude Era icon isn't thinking about having another match.

"I think, man, I’m still 25 years old. And then you see things like today, Stone Cold is 61 years old today. And everybody’s like, man, let’s have one more match. I guarantee you he’s not saying that. He’s like, “Hell with that.” But he to me is one of the most talented wrestlers of all time because he transitioned into podcast host, and he would host these game shows. Vince [Russo], I think he’s one of the best game show hosts that we’ve ever seen on TV. I truly believe that." *H/T - TJRWrestling)

Will Stone Cold Steve Austin return at WWE WrestleMania 42?

The long road to WrestleMania 42 will begin next week.

Although anything can happen between now and then, WWE has shown no signs of bringing The Texas Rattlesnake back for The Showcase of the Immortals.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer also doubts Steve Austin will be in Las Vegas, at least not in a wrestling capacity.

"He will be 61 (this year). I can't say 100% no, but I strongly doubt it."

Steve Austin could still make his presence felt like he did earlier this year.
