The 2025 Butterfield Bermuda Championship was hosted by Southampton's Port Royal Golf Course. With a field of roughly 120 golfers, the competition began on November 13 and ended on November 16, with Adam Schenk emerging victorious. Schenk was fantastic and overperformed his pre-tournament odds.

Interestingly, several other golfers, like Schenk, have outperformed their odds and here are five of them.

#5 Frankie Capan

Frankie Capan's 2025 season has been quite mixed. He missed the cut in the WWT Championship (Mexico), and thus, when he entered the 2025 Bermuda Championship, he had odds of +20,000. Despite this, Capan performed admirably and finished the tournament tied for third place with a total score of 10 under par, two strokes behind the eventual champion.

Capan finished with rounds of 66, 70, 68, and 70 for a total score of 274. He also climbed five positions in the final round to finish tied for third place.

#4 Takumi Kanaya

Takumi Kanaya has missed the cut in 14 of 26 tournaments this season. He only made the top five once this season; therefore, his chances of performing well in the 2025 Butterfield Bermuda Championship were slim. According to the PGA Tour's official website, Kanaya had odds of +4500, but he performed admirably and recorded season-best figures.

The Japanese golfer shot 66, 70, 66, and 72 to finish 10 under par. He, too, finished the competition tied for third place.

#3 Max McGreevy

Max McGreevy hasn't been in great form this season. He has been inconsistent in events, and he has finished in the top five only twice this year, prior to the 2025 Butterfield Bermuda Championship. Interestingly, the chances of McGreevy performing well were +4000, but he did completely differently and finished tied for third. The golfer shot rounds of 69, 64, 69, and 72, finishing 10 under par.

#2 Chandler Phillips

Chandler Phillips is also one of the golfers who achieved season-best figures during his campaign at the 2025 Butterfield Bermuda Championship. The golfer was able to perform exceptionally well and exceed all previous odds expected of him. Phillips had total odds of +8000, yet he finished the tournament with a total score of 11 under par.

The 28-year-old finished in a solo second place and just one shot behind the champion.

#1 Adam Schenk

Adam Schenk shocked the world with his performance at the 2025 Butterfield Bermuda Championship. The golfer finally won this season after shooting rounds of 69, 65, 67, and 71 for a total score of 272, 12 under par. Schenk had odds of +10000 before this tournament, making it one of the most significant moments in his career.
