Do you ever have dreams that really stick with you? Dreams are so fascinating to me. They're really an insight into our subconscious. When we dream it means that we've entered REM sleep, which is important for all parts of our functioning. If you had a traumatic event happen in your life, or something that you need to deal with emotionally or get over, entering REM is actually crucial for that recovery. There's many neuroscientific studies that highlight this kind of thing, so if you like science you can believe the words here. I love analyzing my dreams, and I always write them down when I remember them.
