PGA Tour pro Michael Kim reacted to Lee Trevino’s post-round interview at the PNC Championship. The 86-year-old retired American golfer had played this week at the popular father-son Challenge event. He was joined by his son Daniel on the greens.
As the two had a decent outing, Skratch shared a video of Lee Trevino’s post-round interview on its X (formerly Twitter) account. The clip was later reshared by Michael Kim on his social media handle, and in the caption, he talked about the legendary golfer. Kim wrote:

On the PGA Tour, however, he missed the cut at the Sony Open in Hawaii but then had some decent finishes, which included a T2 at the WM Phoenix Open.

Team Trevino had played an impressive round of 62 on Sunday and jumped two spots on the leaderboard to settle in tied for 16th place at 17-under.
In the post-round press conference, Trevino talked about his performance this week and said (via USA Today):
"I'm telling you, I've been digging worms. I had white birds following me and I got them so fat they only followed me nine holes because I had so many worms for them."Trevino also talked about his love for the game of golf. He added:
"The reason I do this and the reason that I promote it and I play it like I do now is because the Lord for some reason gave me a tremendous amount of talent and I'm going to meet him pretty soon, and I damn sure don't want him to be disappointed because you know why? Team Kuchar has won the championship, followed by Team Love, and Team Daly settled in a tie for second place.
