Much to the delight of Mike Vrabel, the New England Patriots finally won a game in their 2026 campaign. He wants to enjoy his Sunday, and the coach made sure the New England press knew that.
Drake Maye hasn't had a bright start to his third NFL season. Through two games, the quarterback has a lone touchdown pass to pair with four interceptions. Vrabel deflected questions about the offense's recent struggles in a hilarious way.
Long story short, just let the man enjoy his victory!
Here's how New England's head coach responded after he was asked whether or not he was concerned about Maye's offensive woes.

Mike Vrabel shuts down concerns about Patriots offense
Despite New England's 20-3 lopsided win over Pittsburgh, the game wasn't as smooth as the scoreline would depict. Maye had another game to forget, completing only 14 passes, albeit for 208 yards, and throwing an interception with no end-zone visits. One reporter took the time to ask Coach Vrabel if he had any concerns about how their offense has looked through two weeks.
Here's what Vrabel said to the press, specifically, "Ben"; it's safe to say he wants to focus on returning to the win column.

Another reporter decided to chime in, asking, "Related to that, it looked like Dr—"
"You neither! You’re not gonna ruin it either," Vrabel said.
Perhaps this is a new rendition of Bill Belichick's "We're on to Cincinnati." Even if not, Vrabel clearly wants to focus on enjoying the rest of his Sunday that began with New England's first win of the season.
