The Miami Dolphins have an injury concern with wide receiver Caleb Douglas in the second half of the Week 2 game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Douglas suffered the injury in the fourth quarter while the Dolphins were getting blown out by the 49ers.

Douglas was able to limp off the field under his own power and is now in the medical tent getting checked out.
It's a leg injury, but where exactly the injury is isn't known right now.
