Haley Welch, aka 'Hawk Tuah' girl, has shared her thoughts on Charlie Kirk's death. She slammed people celebrating his death and urged everyone to show sympathy for his family.

Charlie Kirk was shot during an event at Utah Valley University in Utah on Wednesday, September 10. He was announced dead soon after. Kirk was a right-wing activist who worked to spread conservative ideology. After his death, many social media posts came out celebrating his death.

In a TikTok video on Saturday, September 13, Hailey Welch, aka 'Hawk Tuah' girl, slammed such people, saying:

“I don’t really give a sh*t who I offend when I say this. For some people to get on this app and applaud another human being being unalived in front of his family is f*cking sick. You’re a sick f*cking individual. You didn’t have to agree with anything that man said. But you should have a little bit of sympathy for his wife and kids that were there with him."

She further moved into talking about the "divide" in the country, and added:

“What you people don’t realize is we are more alike than we are different. We all bleed the same fucking color at the end of the day. That’s one of the biggest problems with this country right now. Y’all wanna divide so bad. Why?”

Hailey Welch also used the platform to speak about the general increase in violence in the country. She referenced the recent incident of a 23-year-old girl named Iryna Zarutska being stabbed on a Charlotte light rail.

“A woman should be allowed to go anywhere she wants to by herself and should not have to fear for her life," she added.

Welch concluded by saying:

“I don’t really give a f*ck who I just offended. I don’t care. Unfollow me. It’s not that big of a f*cking deal. Bye.”

Former NFL star Emmanuel Acho has urged everyone to 'humanize' Charlie Kirk instead of demonizing or memorializing him. In a couple of YouTube shorts on his channel, Acho highlighted the things Kirk had said against minorities in the past. He added:

"Charlie Kirk's death has really shaken me to the core the last 36 hours because of the divisiveness in our world. ... We have some people that are trying to demonize him, and I don't believe he was a demon, though, he said things that were very offensive to people that look like me. "We have other people trying to memorialize him, and I do not believe he was a hero. ... Instead, what I believe we should be doing is humanizing him, because he said a lot of great things for a lot of people, and he said a lot of hurtful things to a lot of people."

Meanwhile, the authorities have arrested a 22-year-old boy named Tyler Robinson for the alleged shooting. His father reportedly confronted him after the police released footage from the incident. He then urged his son to surrender. The trial and formal charges are set to take place on Tuesday, September 16.
