Yankees legend's wife Laura Posada flexes fit frame in white two piece for New Year photoshoot

Laura Posada, wife of New York Yankees legend Jorge Posada, is a popular TV personality, fitness expert and social media influencer.

Boasting over 284,000 followers on Instagram, she posts quite frequently to keep fans updated on her daily life and work projects. In the process, her elegant fashion sense often takes center stage.

Ushering in the new year, Laura Posada posted a series of snaps to Instagram on Thursday, showing off her toned physique in a white two-piece dress.

"Hello 2026 🐎 They say it’s the Year of the Horse — so I’m choosing speed, strength, and zero brakes. More momentum. Less overthinking. Eyes forward. Hair flying. Let’s run into it," Posada posted.

Per sources, Jorge and Laura first crossed paths at a softball game in their home country of Puerto Rico, while they were both teenagers.

They went their seperate ways for a about a decade, before eventually reconnecting after Jorge had become a big league baseball player, while Laura was a practicing attorney.

The pair tied the knot in 2000. They share two children, a son named Jorge Jr., born 1999, and a daughter named Paulina, born 2002.

Laura Posada shares what 2025 taught her

On Wednesday, Laura posted a message to Instagram, bidding farewell to the year 2025. She also opened up about what the year gone by had taught her.

"2025 in one sentence: Now I get why it had to happen this way.
