It's not often you hear Jazz Chisholm and Babe Ruth in the same sentence. Or Chisholm and Alex Rodriguez.
But on Monday night, that was the case.
Chisholm left the yard with a home run, his 25th for the New York Yankees.
That helped join an exclusive Yankees club with just Ruth and Rodriguez as the other members.
According to NY Yankees Stats, those are the only three players in Yankees history to ever have 25-plus homers and 10-plus steals in their first 100 games with the Yanks.
Ruth had 39 HRs and 11 SBs in that span.
Rodriguez went right on the 25-homer barrier and had 19 steals.
In Chisholm's first 100 games, he had 25 homers and 28 steals.

The Yankees got Chisholm last season from the Marlins at the midway point. That's what made this random end-of-June data point actually into the breaking point for this new statistic.
It's amazing for Chisholm to be with the Babe and A-Rod. They're two of the greatest home run hitters ever.
Chisholm has embraced his time in pinstripes, though, and if he keeps it up, he'll keep accomplishing great things.
