Recently, BTS's Taehyung held a Weverse livestream to spend some time with ARMYs while listening to and sharing his favorite music. As he was vibing to the various songs he played, the idol was also speaking several languages his been learning and updating about the other parts of his life in relation to solo and private schedules. While many fans were thrilled about the idol's livestream and were excited to join the same, many netizens raised criticism against the idol.

Soon after the clips and pictures of Taehyung's livestream landed on the internet, several netizens criticized his visuals and directed hate towards him regarding the same. People allegedly stated that his visuals have been declining in recent days, and also compared his facial features to an elderly person, seemingly mocking him. However, several ARMYS soon came to the idol's defense and called out the netizens for spreading unnecessary hate and malicious comments towards the idol.

People also pointed out that, recently, several netizens have been creating baseless hate trains against the BTS members, specifically Taehyung, due to fanwars and other tensions between fandoms. They also highlighted that, regardless of netizens' efforts to create hate around Taehyung and the BTS members, the group has consistently made a huge impact on the world and industry. All you need to know about BTS' Taehyung and his solo activities

BTS' V, or Kim Tae-hyung, made his solo debut with the release of his first solo album, LayoVer, in September 2023. The album held its title track as the song, Slow Dancing. Soon after the same, the idol enlisted in the military to complete his mandatory service in December 2023. He served as a Sergeant under the Special Duty Team, an elite counterterrorism unit.

Regardless of his enlistment, the idol rolled out three pre-recorded singles in 2024. In March, he released a single called FRI(END)S, which was followed up with two winter singles in December.
