Former WWE head writer Vince Russo recently spoke about Triple H managing his roster. He was referring to the heat between Charlotte Flair and Tiffany Stratton leading up to WrestleMania 41.

During the build-up to the Show of Shows, Charlotte Flair and Tiffany Stratton were in a heated rivalry. This feud became intensely personal during an episode of SmackDown, where the two stars went off script and took shots at each other. Tiffany called out Charlotte's failed marriages, while The Queen said that Ludwig Kaiser, Stratton's boyfriend at that time, was in her DMs.

On a recent episode of BroDown with host Mac Davis, Russo recalled watching the incident play out backstage on WWE's Netflix docuseries, Unreal. He mentioned that Hunter didn't initially know if that was scripted or not. The veteran also pointed out that The Game later told one of the executives to talk to Tiffany Stratton and make her apologize to Charlotte. Vince felt Triple H should have the difficult conversation with Stratton himself, but avoided it because he wanted to be liked by the stars.

"Just the fact alone of watching Unreal and watching him freaking coddle these people. It's absolutely pathetic. One of the scenes I was watching and this told me everything. It's when Charlotte and Tiffy went into business for themselves, and there was heat. So Triple H is sitting there at the Gorilla position, 'Was that scripted?' He didn't even know if that was a shoot or not. He doesn't even know if that was a shoot. Then they come back and they smarten him up that it was a shoot. Triple H, whoever it was, he says, 'You go tell Tiffy that she needs to apologize.' No Trips, you need to go tell Tiffy. Why doesn't he do that? Because he wants to be liked by everybody. So he's gonna have somebody else be the bad guy."

Since then, Tiffany Stratton and Charlotte Flair have settled their differences and had a stellar match at WrestleMania.
