RAW general manager Adam Pearce announced a first time ever WWE match for Monday's episode live in Anaheim, California. It will involve two generations of the company's women's division.

Stephanie Vaquer faced off against Roxanne Perez last week on RAW, with the Women's World Champion getting the victory. Raquel Rodriguez attacked Vaquer after the match, with the Judgment Day duo looking to beat down the champ.

Nikki Bella made her way to the ring to make the save, helping La Primera stand tall against Perez and Rodriguez. This chain of events led to Adam Pearce making a first time ever match this Monday on RAW.

"The Prodigy" Roxanne Perez taking on WWE Hall of Famer "Fearless" Nikki Bella is now official. Perez represents the new generation of the women's revolution, while Bella was part of the last wave of the Divas era.

Due to what happened last week, it will be interesting to see if Raquel Rodriguez will accompany Roxanne Perez for the match. Stephanie Vaquer could return the favor to Nikki Bella by having her back this time around.

With Saturday Night's Main Event less than a week away, these four WWE stars might be heading towards a collision course in the form of a tag team match.

WWE injury update on Stephanie Vaquer

During the post-match melee on RAW, Stephanie Vaquer appeared to injure her right knee after a botched springboard move on Raquel Rodriguez. Bryan Alvarez of the Wrestling Observer expressed concern about the reigning Women's World Champion because she was limping after the segment.

"Stephanie and Roxanne… overall, it was pretty good, but they had a lot of problems—and it was mostly Stephanie was having a… she had a rough night. They do the match, and Roxanne ends up getting hit with the Angel’s Wings and Lung Blower for the pin. And then they do the thing where Raquel and Roxanne jump them and double team them. Nikki Bella's music hits and Stephanie went for a springboard and she slipped on the ropes. And man, she grabbed her knee and she was walking, but she was limping," Alvarez said. [H/T Ringside News]

Vaquer would update her followers by sharing several stories on her Instagram showing off a few knee-related exercises.
