The Buffalo Bills and Keon Coleman are a fascinating watch this offseason, as the receiver is at a clear career crossroads as he enters Year 3.
Two seasons of so-so production and off-field issues in 2025 that saw him benched have Coleman in a race against time to prove he's worthy of sticking around in the AFC East.
He clearly gets it based on his comments as OTAs got underway, but that hasn't stopped some from thinking he could be dealt at some point over the next 12 months.
ESPN conducted a little exercise where four analysts put an offer on the table to see if the Bills would agree to it. Alaina Getzenberg had the final say, and the offers, which included a 2027 fourth-round pick (Falcons), 2028 seventh-round pick (Raiders), 2028 fifth-round pick (Commanders), and a 2027 fifth-round pick (Bills), aren't enough to get the receiver out of Buffalo.
"While the Bills would be intrigued by Walder's offer from the Falcons, the team is holding firm on Coleman remaining in Buffalo and rejecting all four offers," Getzenberg wrote. "Coleman has said he understands what is on the line this season, and the Bills are currently committed to giving him this chance. Whether it can all come together in Buffalo, however, is still a big question."

Coleman facing career-defining 2026
Keon is self-aware enough to know what is at stake in 2026, and it's his Bills career.
Having two years left on his deal doesn't mean much at all, as if he doesn't show something positive both on and off the field in 2026, he's likely on another team in 2027.
The talent is clear, there's no denying that, but we have only seen it in spurts, never consistently, and that is where Coleman has to improve.
Can he do it? Of course, he can, but it starts with a good offseason to build a solid foundation, which he hopes will lead to a career-saving season in Buffalo.
