Arizona Diamondbacks slugger Alek Thomas’ wife, Kailey, unveiled their wedding moment on Instagram on Tuesday. She posted an Instagram carousel flaunting her white wedding dress while Thomas wore a tailored black suit with a crisp white shirt.

The post includes tender moments from their wedding, from their kiss and heartfelt vows to emotional reactions and a playful lime-after-vodka moment. Thomas and Kailey tied the knot in Los Cabos, Mexico.

Alek Thomas and Kailey went to the high school prom together

Alek Thomas' wife, Kailey, posted a photo of their high school prom on Instagram from July 2016. When they were teens, she wore a bright pink flowy gown while sixteen-year-old Alek Thomas helped her with her dress.

She captioned it, “Tbt to prom & thanks for 8 months of treating me like a princess💕.”

Kailey called herself Thomas's biggest fan. She always cheers for him during the World Baseball Classic in 2023, and Thomas represented Mexico. Kailey wore a customized black tank top featuring the name "Thomas." paired with shorts while Thomas wore his Mexico team uniform.

When the Diamondbacks won the NLCS in 2023, she shared a post to celebrate. In 2025, Alek Thomas recorded a .249 batting average with nine homers and 38 RBIs.
