LA Dodgers star Will Smith enjoyed a superb campaign in 2025, finishing the regular season with a .296 batting average, 17 home runs and 61 RBIs, while also playing great defense behind home plate.

The catcher's quality was acknowledged by MLB on Friday, as he was included in the All-MLB second team. To celebrate, Will and his wife, Cara, headed to the MLB awards, which took place at the Cosmpolitan of Las Vegas.

Cara Smith later took to Instagram to share a series of snaps from the glitzy event, commending her husband's accomplishments via her caption.

Reacting to the post, Blake Snell's wife, Haeley, Michael Kopech's spouse, Morgan, and Tyler Glasnow's fiancee, Meghan Murphy, left comments complimenting the couple.

Will Smith has been a stalwart for the Dodgers since 2019, while Michael Kopech and Tyler Glasnow joined the team in 2024. Blake Snell arrived even later, signing as a free agent ahead of the 2025 season. All four players were part of the squad that won the latest edition of the World Series.

Despite looking like they were heading towards defeat in the decisive Game 7 of the World Series, the LA Dodgers managed to flip the script with a last-gasp comeback and secure their second championship in two years.

Soon after they made it back home, the team took a tour of the city to celebrate the big win alongside thousands of ecstatic fans who lined the streets.

As Will Smith celebrated with his teammates, his better half, Cara, and daughters Charlotte and Layton also tagged along on the open-top bus. Later the same day, Cara Smith later took to Instagram to declare her love for LA.

After enjoying some well-deserved rest in the offseason months to come, Will Smith and company will be looking to go for the three-peat in 2026.
