The Kansas City Chiefs have a massive game on Sunday.
They're only 5-5 entering Week 12, and they're taking on the 8-2 Indianapolis Colts. Before the season, many would've figured on these two teams being flipped in the standings from what they actually are right now.
There'll be a big spotlight on the game. CBS has its top broadcast crew there with Jim Nantz and Tony Romo.
And of course, when the Chiefs play, Taylor Swift is often on many fans' minds. She's engaged to Kansas City's legendary tight end Travis Kelce.
When the dynamic duo first got together, Swift was shown often on NFL broadcasts. Romo and Nantz have had multiple amusing exchanges over the past couple years about Taylor and Travis.
This year, though, Swift is showing up less than ever before. It's by design.
Why isn't Taylor Swift being shown much on TV?
There seems to be a plan here to change how much Swift is shown.
The television networks would of course love to show the pop superstar to increase the engagement with their broadcasts.
Swift hasn't attended an away game all season, according to ClutchPoints, although the Colts matchup is home at Arrowhead Stadium for the Chiefs.
ClutchPoints adds: "Swift has also been noticeably absent from broadcast cameras this season, and her walking into Arrowhead Stadium has also gone undocumented. She has also reportedly beefed up security as she and Kelce are now allegedly spending $8 million to ensure both of their safety."
