Warning: Potential Survivor spoilers ahead.

Survivor fans may have outwit, outlast, and outplayed the show’s editors.

Ahead of the reality competition series’ season 48 finale May 21—which will see Joe HunterEva EricksonKyle FraserKamilla Karthigesu and Mitch Guerra go head-to-head—viewers have started to suspect CBS accidentally gave away the ending.

In a sneak peek shared ahead of the finale, two subtle details seemed to point to a few obvious predictions.

In one clip, Mitch seemed to be walking among a few members of the ousted jury members.

“If you zoom in, it’s very clearly Mitch,” one viewer pointed out on TikTok. “We all expected that, but the fact that they literally spoiled it in a promo is wild.”

And while some fans think this is a clear indicator that Mitch will be eliminated, others suspect that the show’s producers are just trying to throw viewers off.

“A part of me thinks this might still be a fake out,” one user wrote on X. “It’s just rlly funny.”

Fans pointed out another spoiler with Kamilla, who was seen wearing an immunity necklace, which would mean Kamilla is among the final three contenders to win the million-dollar prize.

“It aligns with my guesses and what I hoped to see, but come on Survivor,” another user wrote on X May 19. “I’m at least happy not to know which challenge Kamilla wins immunity for.”

Host Jeff Probst previously teased there will be some serious competition in the season’s final moments.

“It's very rare to have a final five where you can make a legitimate case for any of them to win,” Jeff told Entertainment Weekly in an interview published May 20. “That's what we have with this group. Anyone can win. It will all come down to who sits next to who in the final three. Those final two immunity challenges and control over who makes fire will be key.”

After all, it was clear from the moment the castaways got off their boats in Fiji that the season would be filled with alliances—including Eva and Joe’s partnership as well as Kyle and Kamilla’s—emotional moments and shocking surprises.

“There was an electricity from the group that was palpable,” Jeff recalled. “Those first moments are always telling because despite spending all year getting to know these players as individuals, we can't predict anything about the group dynamic that will take place once they are all together.”
