Why Kim Kardashian’s romance with Lewis Hamilton is ‘endgame’

First comes friendship?

Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton’s blossoming romance is being described as “endgame” by sources close to the couple.

Explaining how their relationship is different from previous ones, a source told Us Weekly Monday, “Because their relationship started with a friendship first, those closest to them believe this could be endgame for them both.”

The SKIMS founder and Hamilton have been photographed together at multiple industry events since at least 2014, but things seemingly took a romantic turn earlier this year.

The insider added that “they are both very committed to making things work no matter how long the distance is or how busy they are,” further explaining that Hamilton has been FaceTiming Kardashian “regularly from the paddock.”

Kardashian, 45, has been described as “incredibly supportive” of Hamilton’s “demanding F1 schedule.” The British racing driver, 41, is currently in Australia after having kicked off the new F1 season on March 6.

As to how their relationship is currently doing, the source noted that “they are going strong and really happy.

“Lewis is head over heels and those closest to him believe he has finally met his match,” they added. “He has waited over a decade for his dream girl and is crazy about her.”

The source, however, emphasized that, despite taking multiple trips together in the last couple of months, they are still taking it “slow.”

“It’s going well, and Kim has been genuinely enjoying her time with Lewis,” they added, pointing out that Hamilton has yet to meet Kardashian’s children — though she is “open” to the idea.

The “All’s Fair” star shares North, 12, Saint, 10, Chicago, 8, and Psalm, 6, with ex-husband Kanye West.

“Lewis is such a great guy and has really been courting her and treating her right. He’s been making all the plans and making sure she is taken care of,” the insider furthered.

“Everyone around her thinks it’s really sweet and what she deserves. Kim has had such a relaxed aura recently in all aspects of her life. Her mindset has totally changed. She’s not forcing anything, just letting it unfold naturally.”

On Feb. 1, it was revealed that the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” and Hamilton had been secretly dating after years of friendship.

The pair have since jetted off to the Cotswolds, dined together in Paris and vacationed in Arizona. They then made their first public appearance at Super Bowl 2026 in February.

A source recently told Page Six that the “power couple” was “in the same circles” before their platonic bond took a romantic turn.

“[Hamilton] is one of the kindest guys to be around,” the insider shared. “She’s a super kind, genuine person that opens up her heart.”

Kardashian, who called it quits on her marriage to Kanye West in 2022, has been romantically linked to Pete Davidson and Odell Beckham Jr.

As for Hamilton, his A-list dating roster includes Nicole Scherzinger and Sofía Vergara.
