Jalen Hurts' pregame outfit at the Green Bay Packers has fans talking - for the wrong reasons.

On Monday, the Philadelphia Eagles quarterback was spotted wearing a navy blue coat and beige vest and pants over a white shirt and black tie and tan suede shoes as he boarded a bus bound for Lambeau Field.

He also had shades on and was carrying a black bag and silver suitcase:

Unfortunately, there was much mockery from fans:

@Eagles Why got this judge gown on? Lol

@Eagles Dude look like he about to star in the will smith remake of Enemy Of The State

@Eagles Is he reaching for the monkey in his coat pocket ??? 🌭🤡💩💩💩

This a mid fit I ain’t gon lie Hurts

@Eagles The man bout to get sacked 6 times 😫

@Eagles @yafavegirlv he trolling with the packers colors 🤣🦅💚

In an interview for the Philadelphia Inquirer, Hall of Famer Peyton Manning explained the one "great quality" that he liked about Hurts:

“The fact that he’s going all-in trying to learn and trying to master the cerebral part, I think it’s just a great quality.”

He added:

“I just like the way that he carries himself. So I’ve always been in his corner and a big fan, and he didn’t have to win a Super Bowl to prove anything to me. But the fact that he did it just tells you that he can do it, and I think he can continue to do it again.”

Jalen Hurts got candid on returning to play from bye week

Monday's game at the Packers is Jalen Hurts and the Eagles' first back from their bye week, which they entered at 6-2. During media availability on Thursday, the reigning Super Bowl MVP said:

“It’s good to be back. Just from a macro perspective, you always take a step back and try and assess where you are. As a team, everybody does that from their role.”

The team will be playing at Lambeau Field for the first time since 2020. Notably, it was the first game Hurts ever played, as he, a rookie at the time, replaced Carson Wentz at halftime of what would eventually be a 30-16 loss. He said:

“I think it could be a little nostalgic. But I remember not winning the game when we should have won the game. Coming back, had a holding call that held us back a bit. But, hopefully, it can be different this time.”

And if they want to win, they will need to overcome a defense that has been upgraded with a trade for Micah Parsons:

“That was a really good defense last year already. And so adding Micah to the mix makes them that much more of a problem... As we know, it’s a great challenge for us.”

Kickoff for the game is at 8:15 pm ET on ESPN/ABC.
