The Cleveland Browns have made a lot of additions along the offensive line this offseason in free agency and the trade market. Now, all they need to do is fill their left tackle spot or get a more sure-fire right guard.
But the Browns need more than just offensive line help. They have a dire wide receiver need this offseason. Shedeur Sanders needs more help on offense, and landing a new WR is a must.
However, despite some WRs available in free agency, according to Kristopher Knox of Bleacher Report, the Browns' best option to land a new receiver for Sanders will come in the 2026 NFL Draft.
Browns' best option to land a new WR is in NFL Draft
"At this point in the offseason, the best option for many teams will be to focus on next month's draft," Knox writes.
With the Browns looking for a new wide receiver but still feeling the side effects of the massive cap hits from Deshaun Watson and other veterans, pivoting to the draft for a new top receiver makes the most sense.
Cleveland picks at the following spots in the first few rounds of the NFL Draft: No. 6, 23, 39, 70, and 107 in Round 4.
At every spot in the draft, there are viable options for Cleveland to consider. With their earlier first-round pick, Ohio State's Carnell Tate, USC's Makai Lemon, and Arizona State's Jordyn Tyson are all solid options.

At 24th overall, there is a small chance one of those three makes it to their pick, which would be a no-brainer selection for the Browns.
But, at 24th, and especially at 39th, the Browns could go after one of Indiana's Omar Cooper Jr., Washington's Denzel Boston, Texas A&M's KC Concepcion, Louisville's Chris Bell, Alabama's Germie Bernard, or Tennessee's Christian Brazzell II.
Down the board, options like Skyler Bell, Bryce Lance, Antonio Williams, Elijah Sarratt, Zachariah Branch, Ted Hurst, and Malachi Fields are worth considering.
This is a good year to need wide receiver help, especially for the Browns, with how Jerry Jeudy, Cedric Tillman, and Isaiah Bond make up the top-three WRs in Cleveland.
