The Denver Broncos gave Nik Bonitto more than $100 million this offseason.
It already looks like an absolute steal of a contract.
Bonitto has followed up his breakout 2024 season with a ridiculous start to 2025. In the process, he's looking like a bargain.
Nik Bonitto contract details
Bonitto signed his new contract with the Broncos at the start of September.
It's a four-year extension worth $106 million. He can make up to $120 million with incentives.
He got $70 million guaranteed, and he's the highest-paid non-QB in Broncos history.

Why Nik Bonitto contract is already a steal
Bonitto has started the 2025 season on fire.
Through five games, Bonitto has 7.0 sacks.
NFL analyst Adam Levitan did the pacing work on that, and he shared on X that Bonitto is on pace to finish the season with 24 sacks.
The record is 22.5, held by both Michael Strahan and T.J. Watt.
It's not a fluke, either. According to Levitan, Bonitto leads the NFL in quarterback pressures with 31 through five games.
Bonitto had 2.5 sacks in the Week 5 win over the Philadelphia Eagles.
Before the Eagles game, ESPN's Bill Barnwell ranked Bonitto as his favorite to win Defensive Player of the Year. And then Bonitto went out and stole the show.
And now he looks like a steal.
