Alexis Wilkins, FBI Director Kash Patel's girlfriend, has reportedly sued conservative podcaster Elijah Schaffer for $5 million, accusing him of perpetuating a "malicious lie" that Wilkins was an "agent of a foreign government, assigned to manipulate and compromise the Director of the FBI." The lawsuit was filed on October 28, 2025, at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
For the uninitiated, Elijah Schaffer is a right-wing podcaster and journalist who is best known for hosting the Slightly Offensive With Elijah Schaffer podcast.
According to the lawsuit, the complaint stemmed from Elijah Schaffer's quote-tweeting a picture of Patel and Wilkins standing arm-in-arm, with Wilkins wearing a red cocktail dress. The photo was posted in response to a post by X user Hen Mazzig about Israel using female Mossad agents for honeypot operations in Iran. Schaffer's post reportedly received 1.5 million views and 38K likes at the time.
Notably, Schaffer did not include any comment with the picture, which was posted to X on September 14, 2025. The lawsuit claimed that while Elijah Schaffer did not add any comment nor directly mention Alexis Wilkins' name, the photograph he chose to post conveyed his supposed message of Wilkins being an alleged Mossad agent sent to seduce Kash Patel.
"The carefully chosen photograph of Ms. Wilkins in a sleeveless red dress, embracing the Director of the FBI, unmistakably accuses Ms Wilkins of being a Mossad agent for Israel, who has "seduced" Dir. Patel to compromise him — a honeypot," the suit claimed.Kash Patel’s girlfriend files BIZARRE ‘Mossad honeypot’ lawsuit She claims podcaster @ElijahSchaffer accused her of working as an ‘agent of a foreign government’ And now Patel’s apparently using his own FBI legal resources to take him down
The lawsuit also stated that Elijah Schaffer's insinuations were "categorically false," claiming that the podcaster perpetuated the claim "knowingly, intentionally, willfully, wantonly, and maliciously" with an intent to "harm" Wilkins.
Furthermore, it added that the accusation damaged Wilkins' reputation and caused her "ongoing and long-lasting" humiliation and embarrassment. Wilkins is seeking $5 million as "compensatory, special, and punitive damages."
Elijah Schaffer was fired from The Blaze for alleged s*xual assault
Not much is known about Elijah Schaffer's early life or career. According to The Daily Beast, the conservative podcaster gained fame on social media in the aftermath of George Floyd's murder in 2020. He was also involved in the January 6, 2021, attacks at the Capitol, where he reportedly entered Nancy Pelosi's office and took pictures of a private staff computer screen.
“BREAKING: I am inside Nancy Pelosi’s office with the thousands of revolutionaries who have stormed the building. To put into perspective how quickly staff evacuated, emails are still on the screen along side a federal alert warning members of the current revolution," he wrote on X at the time.He reportedly deleted the tweet and tried to backtrack his claims, alleging that he was a “full time reporter” and “not personally involved in the events today in DC.” Elijah Schaffer was employed at The Blaze till 2022, when he was fired for allegedly groping a female co-worker.
In September 2022, The Blaze took to X to announce his termination, stating that Schaffer was “terminated for violating company policies and standards” after an “investigation regarding a personal matter.” The alleged assault occurred during a screening of Uncle Tom II in Dallas that August. Schaffer was reportedly seated next to Sara Gonzales, another host on The Blaze, and allegedly groped her breasts while he was drunk.
Conservative media The Blaze fired star Elijah Schaffer after he allegedly groped a coworker. Now his former co-host claims Blaze management ignored her warnings about Schaffer's alleged s*xual harassment, adding that Schaffer was often drunk on set.
Schaffer had also acknowledged his termination at the time, writing in an X post that it was "a long time coming” and that he was planning to go independent. He has reportedly been writing for The Gateway Pundit since 2023. He is also the CEO of an independent media outlet, RiftTV. Schaffer currently has 846K followers on X.
In a statement to The Grayzone, Oneir Llopiz, Elijah Schaffer's lawyer, addressed Alexis Wilkins' lawsuit against his client, saying that he had “never seen a lawsuit like this."
“If you’re the director of the FBI, you’re holding the nation’s secrets and national intelligence and we should be skeptical about your relationships, especially if it’s an uncommitted relationship like a girlfriend. It’s perfectly fine to raise questions and Elijah [Schaeffer] didn’t even do that,” he said. “If Kash does know about this lawsuit and he hasn’t stopped it from happening that shows there’s something wrong in his relationship. If he does know it’s going on, it’s highly improper. It makes him a witness in the lawsuit and puts his text messages with [Wilkins] in play,” Llopiz continued.Elijah Schaffer is not the only person whom Alexis Wilkins has accused of defamation. On October 31, the country singer filed a similar lawsuit against Samuel Parker, a former US Senate candidate. According to MSNBC, the suit claimed that his social media posts alleged that Wilkins “is an agent of a foreign government who began a relationship with Dir. Patel to manipulate and compromise him in dereliction of his sworn duty as FBI Director.”
In August, she filed another lawsuit against Kyle Seraphin, a former FBI agent, claiming that he “maliciously lied about” her being “an agent of a foreign government, assigned to manipulate and compromise the Director of the FBI.”
